Twitter can be used as a search tool. Go figure! And here I was thinking that Twitter's purpose is to communicate all the mundane, play-by-plays of one's uneventful life. What a fabulous revelation! Not only is Twitter a tool with similarities to Google, but it can actually be more helpful than Google for real time searches. This is great for companies that want to know what their customers are saying now.
